相信很多人常常需要写 email 处理客诉，
但每次都写 I'm very sorry 或是已经写到都词穷了吗？ 🙈
今天小编就要来教大家完全不提到 sorry，
还是可以诚意满满的道歉 ✨

on behalf of 谨代表
【例句】
I am writing on behalf of Xtech regarding your complaint about the system issue.
我谨代表 Xtech 就系统问题的客诉向您来信。
【解析】
代表某人或一个团队来出席或致意，也都可以用 on behalf of 。
regarding 是个介词，意思是 "关于" ，
所以后面加上的写信事由，必须是个名词。
Please accept my sincere apology 请接受我诚恳的道歉
【例句】
Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.
对于造成任何的不便，请接受我诚恳的道歉。
【解析】
这句应该是所有道歉信的必备金句，可以整句学起来！
apology for 后面可自由加上其他道歉的事由。

【例句】
I will look into the matter immediately, and get back to you as soon as possible.
我会立即了解这个情况，并尽快再次与您联系。
【解析】
如果当下无法立刻给予回应，可以先用这句告知顾客会立即了解状况，
并和顾客说明何时会再次与他联系。
as soon as possible 可换成 by tomorrow（明天以前），
或 within an hour（一小时内）等等。
will not be repeated 不会再发生
【例句】
We have had a meeting about this issue, and we assure you that a similar error will not be repeated in the future.
我们已经开会讨论这个问题，并向您保证未来不会再发生类似的错误。
【解析】
告诉顾客已经采取什么措施，或针对该问题做了些什么，
并保证之后不会再发生。如果想多保留点余地，
后面也可以改成：
We will strive to ensure that this will not be repeated in the future.
我们将竭力确保未来不会再发生。
compensate for 作为…的补偿
【例句】
We will provide you with a ¥100 voucher to compensate for the defective product.
我们将提供您一张 100 元代金券作为瑕疵品的补偿。
【解析】
这里 a ¥100 voucher 可任意更换成其他提供顾客的补偿。
compensate 补偿+ for + 补偿原因，
送上小礼物完全就是诚意满满，毕竟谁会不喜欢免费的小礼物呢～
