企业愿景 Mission and Vision

在各个企业的官方网站上，

你都多半都可以找到 about us 或 mission and vision 的页面，

里面会写出企业的核心价值与想到达成的愿景，

如果你也认同企业的理念，

那你就可以选择在 "why choose us" 的题目上，

说你相当欣赏企业愿景、企业的理念与你个人理念一致等回答。

以下以 Microsoft 微软为例：

Before applying for the position, I read Microsoft's mission and vision:
"Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more."
I can clearly see how my personal goals align with the purposes of the company.
There's nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individuals towards a common goal,
and that's what excites me about working here.
在申请这个职位之前，我查了微软的企业愿景： "予力全球每一人、每一组织，成就不凡。 "
这样的企业愿景和我个人的目标高度吻合。
我想没有什么，可以比和拥有相同价值理念的人一起工作来得更加愉快了，
这也是让我想要在微软工作的原因。

福利待遇 Benefit

很多企业都提供非常好的福利待遇，

年假、教育补助、员工旅游等等，

这些都可以是吸引你的因素，

你也可以借机提到自己是在乎 work-life balance 的人。

以下以 Cisco 思科为例：

I've seen Cisco consistently listed as one of the best companies to work with.
I've read employee testimonials and heard of your enthusiasm for encouraging employee growth through education, training, and vast resources.
I realized the culture here is top-notch and the management supports continuing education and learning on the job.
I would love to join your innovative team, continue to create great work, and grow with the company by learning new skills.
据我所知，Cisco 一直都是名列在最佳工作企业前几名。
我还看了一些员工心得，也听说贵公司提供大量资源鼓励员工持续学习、受训，
且高层支持员工在工作中学习也是公司文化的一部份。
我希望能有机会加入这样创新的团队，为组织贡献，并且跟着公司一起成长。

升迁制度 Promotion

不免俗，很多人找工作就是期待能得到升迁，

这是一种对能力的肯定，也会是生活品质的提升。

如果你所要申请的工作有着明确的内部升迁管道，

那你也可以在 "why choose us" 提出。

以下以 Facebook 为例：

Companies with a clear career path for employees are attractive, and it really boosts employee engagement.
Facebook is the best example. I've heard that there will be an employee evaluation every six months, which means employees in Facebook have development opportunities twice a year.
I think getting promoted is the motivation for most people.
Therefore, a transparent interior career path on Facebook is the most important thing for me.
拥有明确升迁制度的企业无疑是吸引人的，
同时还能促使员工更加积极 Facebook 就是很好的例子。
我听说在 Facbook 每六个月就有一次员工绩效考核，
这代表每年有两次升迁的机会。
我想很多人工作的动力就是能够得到升迁，
所以 Facebook 透明的内部升迁制度对我来说非常重要。

职涯规划 Career Path

上一个升迁制度和这个职涯规划有什么不同？

简单来说，升迁制度是指公司内部，

是指可以从 marketing specialist，

升职成 senior marketing specialist，再到 marketing lead 这种。

而职涯规划则是指个人对自己的职涯的蓝图，

可能是先在 agency 做 PR specialist，

再到企业做 in-house 的 senior PR specialist 这种。

当你对自己的职业生涯有着明确的规划，

你可以藉由回答 "why choose us" 提出来。

如果可以的话，顺便说自己的短期、中长期目标，

或是分享你想像中的 career path 是怎样也很好，

面试官或许能够告诉你业界实际的情况，

以及你能不能在该公司得到你想要的东西。

以下以 Google 为例：

Google is internationally known for the technology products it creates.
There is no doubt that I could develop expertise and foster knowledge here, which would help me continually grow.
As a result, working as a research and development specialist in a leading company like Google is necessary for my personal career path.
I am really eager to devote myself to the organization and learn the know-how from the best team.
谷歌推出的相关科技产品向来享誉国际，能在这里工作，
自身的专业技能知识无疑能够快速提升，也能让我持续成长。
因此，在像是谷歌这样业界龙头公司担任研发人员，
也是我个人职涯规划不可或缺的一部分。
我非常渴望能为组织贡献，并且从团队中学习更多的专业技能。

组织知名度 Reputation

如果你要申请的企业是一家大公司，

并且你做过功课，了解它在业界的名望，

那以组织知名度来回答也是还不错的答案。

如果你能更具体指出相关数字会更好，

像是某样产品市占第一名、去年 ○○ 产品拿下ＸＸ奖等等。

以下以 Apple 苹果为例：

Without a doubt, Apple is a multinational enterprise.
I've heard of the reputation in the industry, and I would be proud to work for a company with such an excellent track record and a strong example of leadership in the industry.
Also, I saw that last year you won multiple awards for the new product you designed, and I would love to be on a team that is collaborative, brilliant, and innovative.
I think that I would fit in with the team here to make an immediate impact.
Apple 无疑是一家跨国大企业。我听闻贵公司在业界的名望，
能在拥有多项傲人成绩，同时也是业界领先指标的 Apple 工作，
我一定会为此感到自豪。同时，去年苹果设计的产品也拿下多项大奖，
我非常渴望能加入擅长协作、聪明，且具创造性的团队。
我一定能迅速融入团队，并发挥即战力。
