once in a blue moon 是一个常见惯用语，blue moon 指的是一种天文现象，
通常要在火山爆发或茫茫大雾中才有可能看到月亮呈现浅蓝的状况，
因为发生的机率非常低，所以 once in a blue moon 就成了 "非常罕见、千载难逢" 的意思。
【例句】
My brother is studying in America now, so I only see him once in a blue moon.
我的哥哥现在在美国读书，所以我很少见到他。
This is really a chance once in a blue moon. Please give me this opportunity to go with you.
