flock 本身有群聚的意思，而这句话字面上的意思是说，
羽毛相同的鸟们会聚在一起，也就是我们中文常说的 "臭味相投" 。
而也会有人用 birds of a feather 来形容那些狐群狗党。

这句话是出自罗马帝国的政治及哲学家西塞罗 (Marcus Tullius Cicero)，
一样有物以类聚的意思。
但比较特别的是这边的 like 是当名词，当作相似的事物的意思。
