【新手指南】线上课程遇到这几种技术问题如何和老师说明？

线上课程固然方便，
不过难免会遇到网卡的时候，导致课程进行中有小状况，
这种时候如果能用英语适时的和老师反映，
就能让老师掌握你的状况，比较知道怎么应对！
如果是网络连线出现问题，则可以参考下列这篇的内容：

"老师，我先重新整理一下页面。"
“Sorry, Hannah (tutor's name). I'd like to reload the page. A moment, please.”
"抱歉，Hannah（老师的名字）。我想要重新整理页面，请稍等我一下。"
“Sorry, Hannah (tutor's name). It seems that I'll need to reload the page. Hold on, please!”
"抱歉，Hannah（老师的名字）。我好像需要重新整理页面，请等我一下！"
"老师，我看不到你的画面" （学生端）
"Jason (tutor's name), I cannot see you now."
"Jason（老师的名字），我现在看不到你。"
"I can see you, but it's a little bit blurred.
"我看得到你，但是画面有点糊。"
"老师，我听不到你的声音" （学生端）
"Jason (tutor's name), I cannot hear you."
"Jason（老师的名字），我听不到你。"
"I can hear you, but you sound a little choppy on my side."
"我听得到你，但你的声音有点卡。"
老师看（听）不到自己（学生的回应）
"Let me reload the page and see if it gets better. Wait a moment, please."
"我刷新一下页面，看看会不会比较好。请等我一下。"
"I just reloaded the page. What about now?"
"我刚刷新页面，现在呢？"
"I've reopened the page with another web browser. How's now?"
"我用其他浏览器刷新页面了，现在怎么样呢？"
"现在可以了吗？"
"Is it good/ok now?"
"现在可以了吗？"
"Is it better now?"
"现在有比较好吗？"
"链接打不开。"
"I'm having trouble loading the link."
"I cannot open the link."
"文件打不开。"
