voyage to 去⋯⋯的旅行
voyage 的原文是法文，意思是 "旅程、旅行" ，
"Bon voyage." 则是法语里的 "旅行愉快、一路顺风" 之意。
【例句】
I can't contact him because he is on a voyage to Japan.
我联系不上他，因为他正在前往日本的旅程中。
After a long rest, we started a voyage to the other side of the universe.
经过长时间的休息，我们开始了前往宇宙另一端的旅程。
excursion to 去⋯⋯的远足
excursion 的意思是旅行、远足，
多半是指那种当天来回的短期旅程，
你也可以把 excursion 想成郊游，
excursion 的意思和 trip 比较接近一些，
但 trip 可以是有过夜的旅行， excursion 时间更短。
【例句】
In Thailand, her father took her on an excursion to a beautiful temple in a mountain.

assent to 同意⋯⋯
assent 是一个相对正式的单词，
意思是拥有权力的人同意、允许了某事，
assent 经常搭配动词 give，assent to 后面则是接同意的事情，
" give sb an assent to" 意思是同意某人某件事情。
【例句】
The CEO has given me assent to the project.
CEO 已经同意了我的提案。
If he nodded your assent to the request, call me as soon as possible.
如果他同意你的请求，尽快打电话给我。
concession to 对⋯⋯的让步
concession 的意思是让步、迁就。
- offer / make a concession to 让步
- win / obtain / gain a concession to 取得让步
【例句】
The only concession to the angry civils is tax cut policy.
对愤怒市民唯一的让步是减税政策。
After a long and fierce dispute, at last, she made a small concession to him.
经过漫长的激烈争执，她最终向他作出了一点点让步。
admission to 准许进入⋯⋯
admission 的意思有承认、招供、允许进入。
其中，当 admission 作为 "允许进入" 时，
就要搭配 to + 地方，代表允许进入某地，
后面经常搭配 hospital（医院）或学校等。
【例句】
Nowadays, academic ability is not the only criterion for admission to the university.
现今，学科能力已经不是进入大学的唯一标准。
The tickets cost ¥70, with free admission to people with student ID cards.
门票要 70 元，但持有学生证可以免费入场。
adherence to 坚持⋯⋯
adherence 是坚持的意思。
- strict / rigid / slavish / resolute / strong adherence to 严格遵从⋯⋯
- blind adherence to 盲目遵从⋯⋯

The general manager demands rigid adherence to the rules.
总经理要求要严格遵守规定。
Blind adherence to unjust laws is a symbol of fatuity.

obstacle to ⋯⋯的障碍
obstacle意思是障碍，常搭配介词to+受阻碍的对象。
- be/prove an obstacle to 是⋯⋯的障碍
- present/pose an obstacle to 对⋯⋯构成障碍
- overcome an obstacle 克服障碍
- face an obstacle to 面对⋯⋯的障碍
- encounter an obstacle to 遇到⋯⋯的障碍

barrier 和 obstacle 意思很像，
也是阻碍、问题、限制的意思。
